I must say I was really excited about my bike. So much so I opted for next day shipping. Unfortunately when I opened the box I first noticed the fenders were all dinged up... I mean not a dent here or there, I mean thrown down a cliff banged up. So I thought maybe I could just get new fenders sent, so I pulled the bike out of the box to notice the parts are all zip tied to the frame and only a thin piece of cardboard and tissue paper that was worn through and almost all the parts were rubbing against the frame. The frame is scratched in too many places to count. I did not go any further. I found the manual with this on the front cover, "congratulations on your new bike! Cycle Force Group is dedicated to making sure you are satisfied with your new bicycle and want to help with any questions you may have." "DO NOT return product to the store. BIKE IS OK, HOWEVER, THE BIKE DOES SEEM TO CREEK WE HAVE NOTICED AFTER RIDING IT 3 TIMES. WONDERING IF THE FRAME HAS DEFECTS?? THE FENDERS ARE VERY POORLY MADE (FLIMSY) AND ARRIVED DENTED. WE OPTED TO LEAVE THEM OFF THE BIKE WHEN WE WERE PUTTING IT TOGETHER AND IT LOOKED FINE WITHOUT THE FENDERS. FENDERS OVER WHEELS HAD STICKERS/DECALS AND ONE OF THEM WERE POORLY PLACED.

great bike for the price, easy to put together, rides great and very light (weight wise) would recommend it to anyone.
